Strong perspective. I like how the building seems to unfold in front of me in this view. It will definitely draw people in due to curiosity of what is going on behind the buildings. My impression also is that the structure will be massive. It just my opinion based on how it looks to me now.
I've a very interesting massing. I'm curious in seeing how the rooms will be like, since there is a gradual slope. I've done a similar project like this and the slope may be a problem for you later on. Good job!

Absolutely love the first image of the street level and the building. I think casual sloping of the mass is a very strong and interesting, but its seems to be very large. I'm very curious to see how the building looks at the end of the semester. Keep up the good work.!
