I like the simple minimalist design behind the idea of connecting the building to the ocean. Based on your analytical diagram's explanation I believe this is a good concept to pursue, however just remember if you want to keep in the sustainability path the use of vegetation (lacking on what I can see on this project) will play an important role in your design. I also think the Life Science Building is a much more complex design where you should be able to get inspired. Keep the good work!
